Buying procedure
To buy and take possession of the products offered for sale, you need to complete the following steps:
- Identifying and choosing products
- Register as a user
- Paying for products
Payment is made online via credit card, under the conditions regulated in Chapter VII, and the final cost will contain the price of the ordered product including VAT, and, if applicable, the delivery price.
By placing an electronic or telephonic order you agree to the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) by which the site conducts its operations.

1. Prices
Unless otherwise stated, the product prices displayed on https://www.lavieenrosedubai.com/ are the final purchase prices and include VAT (value added tax of 19%, valid in Romania).
2. Product discounts
Discounts received through vouchers are only applicable to floral products (flower bouquets and floral arrangements). They cannot apply to sweets, drinks, toys, accessories (vases, baskets, packaging).
Payment methods
You can choose between the following payment methods to pay for the products you ordered: online by credit card, bank transfer/payment order. If you have chosen bank transfer/money order as your payment method, the following window will thank you for the order you have placed and provide you with the relevant order and payment information. You will also receive this information by e-mail in the form of an invoice.
