We have three delivery methods: Urgent delivery, Same Day Delivery, or free in-store pickup.

Ordering step by step

We offer same day flower delivery in Dubai every day of the week, including weekends and public holidays. Order by 14:00 and your flowers go out the same day. We deliver within Dubai only, until 22:00. Delivery after 22:00 is possible on request, for an extra charge; call us before you order.

At checkout, enter the recipient's full name, phone number and complete address. If you don't have the full address or name, tell us by phone on +971 55 899 5257 or by email at [email protected] before you order. We can't accept liability for late deliveries caused by incomplete details. If the recipient does not answer or is not at home, the courier leaves the order at the door or at the building reception.

Every order can include a free greeting card with your message. If a flower is unavailable, we replace it with similar flowers in the same style and colours. Payment is online through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and prices include 5% VAT.

If you are nearby, we recommend picking up your order from our store at Vida Creek Beach, Ras Al Khor, Dubai Creek Harbour.

The order time is the latest moment to place your order; the delivery window is when the courier arrives after that. After 14:00, choose urgent delivery (until 22:00) or a later delivery date at checkout.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

Yes. We deliver every day of the week, including weekends and public holidays.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver within Dubai only. Delivery to addresses in Dubai Creek Harbour is free, including urgent delivery.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

If the recipient does not answer or is not at home, the courier leaves the order at the door or at the building reception.

What if a flower in my design is unavailable?

We replace it with similar flowers in the same style and colours.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, at any time. Call or email us and we will do our best to make the change within the time left before delivery and with the flowers in stock.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Tell us as soon as possible, ideally at delivery or when you pick up the order, and give us your order number. Flowers are perishable, so we do not accept returns.

Can I collect my order from your shop?

Yes. Choose pick-up at checkout and collect your order from our store at Vida Creek Beach, Ras Al Khor, Dubai Creek Harbour, open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. There is no delivery fee for pick-up.

How can I pay for my order?

You pay online through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, when you place the order.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes. Every order can include a free greeting card with your message.
