Return policy

This policy applies to orders placed on lavieenrosedubai.com and delivered in Dubai or collected from our store. It is part of our terms and conditions.

No returns

Flowers are perishable, so we do not accept returns. This also applies to the other products we sell, such as chocolates, drinks and decorative items.

If there is a problem with your order

If flowers arrive wilted or damaged, or the order is not what you ordered, tell us as soon as possible, ideally at delivery or when you pick up the order. Contact us on +971 55 899 5257 or at [email protected] and give us your order number and, if you can, a photo.

Changes and cancellations

You can ask us to change or cancel an order at any time. We will do our best to make the change within the time left before delivery and with the flowers in stock.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or do not match their description, or your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the mandatory rules of your country also apply where relevant.
