If you got a bouquet of flowers:

Along with the bouquet you’ve just received, you’ve enclosed a sachet of preservative to help prolong the life of your flowers and keep them looking their best. Before adding the preservative, follow these steps:
-dissolve the contents of the sachet in half a liter of clean water;
-fill daily with clean water and cut off 2 cm of the flower stem with a sharp cutter
WARNING! The preservative can only be used for cut flowers at a single water change.
If you’ve received a flower arrangement, along with sponge (called an oasis):
-keep the sponge moist at all times (flowers absorb water from it);
-Avoid moving the arrangement;
keep the arrangement in a bright, airy place out of direct sunlight.
If you’ve got a potted plant arrangement:
-keep the arrangement in as bright, airy place as possible, out of direct sunlight
-weld the arrangement sparingly, only when the soil tends to dry out, every 3-4 days
-choose the right fertilizer for each ornamental plant, by flower or by foliage, and use it monthly during growing periods and every two weeks during flowering

XV. RIGHT OF RETURN
According to GEO 34/2014, flowers and sweets are products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly and are exempted from the right of withdrawal.

Denunciation and return procedure:
You can only return non-perishable and/or non-food products. As a result, flowers and sweets cannot be returned, toys, vases, accessories and baskets can.
