Yellow is the most visible color of the spectrum, so the human eye distinguishes it long before any other color, no matter the situation or color combination. Peripheral vision notices yellow more than twice as fast as red, for example.

We have cleverly tried to introduce other shades – like orange, which is present not only in the pumpkins, but also in the different leaves and fruits we pick at this time of year.

Pumpkin is one of the hardier fruits, finding ways to grow large and domed among the sparse soil and sharing nutrients along a connected vine that reaches into the ground to replenish itself. Maybe that’s why pumpkins have become symbols of prosperity, growth and abundance. The pumpkin’s magical shape has long been celebrated in storybooks. Cinderella herself rode a pumpkin on her journey to meet her prince. That’s why, using pumpkin as color inspiration, we created this Nature Lover fall coronet.
